This role is pivotal to ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and effective internal communication within Dolley Mining Company. |
| Key Responsibilities |
Office and Administrative SupportManage day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, filing systems, and general upkeep.Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.Draft and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports. Record Keeping and DocumentationMaintain up-to-date records of documents, licenses, permits, contracts, and regulatory documentation.Support the preparation of mining production reports, stock inventories, and activity logs.File and manage employee records, including leave schedules and time sheets. Financial and Procurement SupportAssist in processing invoices, expense claims, and petty cash.Coordinate the procurement of equipment, materials, and services.Liaise with suppliers and vendors to track deliveries and confirm orders. Human Resources AssistanceSupport recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new staff.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in personnel records.Track staff attendance, leave, and compliance with HR policies. Communication and CoordinationServe as the point of contact for both internal and external correspondence (i.e. emails, letters, memos etc.Liaise between site teams and head office to facilitate timely communication and reporting.Take minutes during meetings and ensure action items are followed up. Compliance and Safety AdministrationSupport adherence to environmental and mining regulatory requirements.Assist with the coordination of audits, inspections, and safety drills.Maintain training records and assist in scheduling safety and compliance workshops. |
| Qualifications and Requirements |
| HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in mining, construction, or industrial sectors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.Familiarity with mining operations or regulatory frameworks is an added advantage. |

We are seeking a detail-oriented and field-savvy Geologist to support our exploration and mining operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting geological surveys, collecting and analysing data, and contributing to the planning and execution of mining activities. This role is central to guiding the company’s resource extraction strategies and ensuring geological integrity and compliance.

| Key Responsibilities |
Geological Surveys and Analysis Conduct field investigations, mapping, and sampling to determine mineral composition and structure. Analyse rock, soil, and drill samples to inform exploration and extraction plans. Prepare geological reports, maps, and documentation for internal and external use. Exploration Support Assist in planning and executing exploration programs across various sites. Evaluate new prospects and provide recommendations for drilling targets. Interpret geophysical and geochemical data to guide exploration efforts. Data Management and Reporting Maintain accurate records of geological data, sampling logs, and assay results. Support the creation of technical reports and feasibility assessments. Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to integrate geological findings into mine plans. Compliance and Safety Ensure that geological activities comply with environmental, health, and mining regulations. Participate in site inspections, audits, and safety drills as needed. Maintain and update geological risk assessments related to operations. Communication and Coordination Liaise with internal departments, consultants, and regulatory bodies on geological matters. Contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions on resource development. Communicate findings clearly through presentations and written reports. |
| Qualifications and Requirements |
| Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field (Master’s is an advantage). Minimum 2 years of experience in exploration or mining geology. Proficiency in geological mapping tools, GIS software, and data analysis programs. Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and reporting abilities. Ability to work in field environments and travel to remote sites when needed. Familiarity with Ghana’s mining regulations is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. |
